Ordering

We normally only have one copy of each item so please e-mail, telephone or write to confirm availability, to order and to agree postage costs and payment methods. Please remember to include the title(s).

Payment

Spitfire Books accepts payment by:

Sterling Cheque:	Payable to Spitfire Books Ltd and sent to the above address.
Cash:	We accept Pounds Sterling, US Dollars and Euros.
Bank Transfer:	If you use internet banking then this is the easiest and quickest method of payment. Bank details will be provided on request.

Shipping

Postage & packing are extra and will be charged at cost price depending on weight and destination. Signed For services will be used to UK destinations.

We aim to send out all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Items will be securely packaged, wherever possible using recycled materials. We will confirm despatch by email and would appreciate it if you let us know when the book arrives.

Returns

All items are sold firm and are not to be regarded as on approval unless agreed in advance.

We aim to provide our customers with a friendly reliable and first-rate service however, we appreciate that matters relating to condition can be subjective. We do set very high standards for all our books and memorabilia and provide accurate descriptions but if there is a problem then please tell us straight away.

Only items considered to be not as described may be returned for a refund provided;
